Beyond the Clinic: A Trip to the Psychedelic Frontier

What if our current drug treatment models are only treating the system?  As the UK faces rising drug-related deaths and strained services, this session explores how legacy drug policies hinder meaningful recovery and bring further harm. From pioneering drug checking to potential of psychedelics on the high street, Shoba Ram weaves justice and care into a vision of what’s possible.  You’ll leave with a renewed understanding of where policy meets practice and how systems might evolve when we dare to question the ‘normal’.
