Co-Regulation: Somatic Embodiment Practices for the Journey

This workshop describes the connection and importance of nervous system co-regulation before, during, and after altered states of consciousness, and will then flow into tangible vagus nerve toning practices to take with you. This workshop will be valuable for you, whether you are a facilitator, an educator, a student, or psychedelically curious to strengthen your capacity to hold space for yourself and others.
