Energising Breathwork Ceremony with Guided Integration

SOMA Breath instructor and medical doctor, Sohère Roked, will lead you in a fully guided SOMA awakening breathwork ceremony, featuring a series of ancient breathing techniques arranged into a sequence combining rhythmical breathing and beat-driven music. This includes vocal toning and humming, breath retention, meditation, visualisation techniques and the activation and transmutation of internal energy. Sohère will be joined by therapist Johanna Cormack, who will support the preparatory and integration work surrounding the ceremony. They look forward to holding safe and grounded space for you. Sohère and Johanna are representing The Ouroboros Foundation, of which they are both directors.
